Marooned upon the Isle of Villanelle

Poem Title : Marooned upon the Isle of Villanelle

~
The Sea had shown me mercy./
To wash me up upon the Isle of Villanelle/
Precarious Land of Rhyme ,miraculously/
~
Precedent in timing this majestically. /
Precipitated like some magic spell. /
The Sea had shown me mercy. /
~
The waves of virgin surf skip maidenly. /
Rescued me to the place where Dead Poets dwell /
Precarious Land of Rhyme ,miraculously. /
~
Praiseworthy ? Oh yes GOD. Merrily. /
Panic of paradoxical phrase foretell. /
The Sea had shown me mercy. /
~
Paramount, permanent rhymes I see. /
From horizons far ,not hidden by the swell. /
Precarious Land of Rhyme, miraculously /
~
A Forest of Poet Trees house the Harpy. /
In total isolation,as far as I can tell. /
The Sea had shown me mercy. /
Precarious Land of Rhyme ,miraculously. /
