soul mates

we are eons old
you and me
in different
places

In different zones
but still together
as time
and nature

do you remember
lighting lamps
in the temples
of ancient gods

celebrating
christmas in
white white
zurich

solemny wlking
side by side
to visit the
pharaohs
tomb

And
now we meet
above chatter
and clatter
of this bustling
burger place

there you are
i sighed
and my soul
smiled

so many places
in so many names
our souls met
nested
and mated

we are souls
together
from the
begining
and to be ........

Soul mates defying gravity and distances , defying traditions and boundries . Solumates that are the soul themselves , a bead worn on the thread of faith and unconditional love .

The vivid depiction here is stunning, young missy! But what else should I expect from a talent such as you ! ~FjR~

A breathtaking description of what being soul-mates entails Rema -- excellent content and a last stanza which captures the whole.
