Change.
We hear a great deal about it.
Change IS good -
but NOT always for the best.
When you take a format
that's perfection as is
and change it -
it CAN'T be for any good.
What about perfection
needs to be changed?
How can perfection be improved?
To even attempt
is an impossible task.
I don't mind change
if an obvious improvement comes of it.
But to change
for no apparent reason
or to cater to someone's ridiculous whim or fancy
does absolutely no good whatsoever.
If a problem arises
perhaps it isn't the format itself
but the way the format is being run.
Work out the bugs
by enforcing the already existing rules.
That will help to improve.
But to totally scrap the award winning format
and replace it with useless, senseless and ridiculous changes
can only lead to one thing -
I'm outta here.
