its christmas

the angels holding their breath
and stars twinkling solemnly
on
mother earth is waiting
once more
to party
on christmas eve
in a
silver sprinkled snow
white gown
she
is all set
to paint the town
in soul
shades of
christmas spirit
age old
yet
new born
