A wonderful use of anaphora in this poem; very musical with a powerful cadence at play. The subject here is beautiful because you give both sides of love. Its ecstasy and its vulnerability. This makes the poem terribly real in its presentation. Well done Nikunj. very well done. Love does have its darker days along with its moments of pure joy. Understanding this is what keeps people together. Everything is not always roses and wine. sometimes there is curdled milk and dog poo on the road. It is getting past the discomfort to realize there is more to life that is important. This is what I love about this poem. It is not lopsided. It is honest and up front about the discomfort of love as well as its profound ecstasy. Life is what takes place between the poles of love. Which includes the complete family as well. Brilliant love dose with rhyming couplets adding to the high quality of this love dose. The repetition of love as the first word in each stanza reinforces the strength of your wonderful words. My favorite is the third stanza where we compromise with one another!
