we know much.
we know a lot of things.
we know mathematics.
and algebra and calculus.
we know how flowers droop.
and how the moon wanes.
we have watched life getting born.
and breath getting stilled.
our blood carries known secrets.
our hearts are fixed with cold steel.
we have climbed icy mountains.
trekked across barren deserts.
we have tamed wild beasts.
and domesticated fire.
we have walked on the moon.
peeped into constellations.
we have looked under the sea.
gaped into the guts of a jellyfish.
we have learned more than yesterday.
and we will learn more tomorrow.
our combined knowledge is maybe
more than a zillion terabytes.
however, another day will dawn tomorrow.
and pink light will kiss the deep blue black.
somewhere a chicken will lay an egg.
and elsewhere, an egg will hatch.
einsteins will again scratch their stubble
when a kid pops that question once again.
who laid the egg that hatched the chicken.
etc.
child is the father of man!
