Guitar Strings and Candlelight

Precious love the gentle love that recognizes me scent of a lover, the individual love that grew from the tenderness of your cheek doe not know you anymore. It grew violent and cried in the dark like the beaten child.

How simple it seemed inlove with the world behind us, running away form the truth of us never being together with only the music in our souls and love in our hearts.

The sunshine melody going down like a sun downer, chilling by the pool thinking deep thoughts about my own reflection in the water.

The bass thumping in the back round reminding me of the beats that generate good music, the turn tables that feel the emotion of my heart and soul, playing all the secrets of my heart like a key board unlocking my inner calling to unleash the feeling of rhythm in my feet and put a smile on my face.

Flexing and scratching the tunes that bounce off me, the electric symphony that is music, combining bass, guitars, vocals, violin, drums and the beat.

This dispute that is us as we are now neighbours that peep through windows with open blinds hoping to catch a glimpse of our love as we build the security around hearts.

Cheating is never simple like the photographs we place in our hearts to remind us of the pain so we are who we are and so far from the truth and tonight we search for the meaning of treasure that is kept a secret.

Like a secret lover or loving secretly fro a distance, this is the game we play like innocent school kids although the intimacy is not so innocent like a fragrance or lovers scent we discover each others interest and dig deeper to find the knowledge that leads to the warm embrace like an illegal art.

How we mould and sculpt the future for ourselves like rain drops that form a stream and lead into the ocean of a lover or loveless fool that misses you.

The sunshine’s only for a few minutes before the clouds settle in and brings the uncertainty and doubt, but this is the love that is wanted and cherished by the light that leads the way down a road of candlelight, for the nights we can t see each other.
